Plots
Historically, steep canyons unsuitable for farming were excluded from certificate dimensions to reduce taxes. However, as these canyons lie between our owned plots, they are considered part of the property and classified as gross land.

At the heart of the estate lies 13 hectares of pristine rainforest across 11 combined plots, featuring two majestic canyons with 1.5-kilometer ridges (see the video below for an overview of the plots). Roads

This expansive property offers two access points from public roads. The main entrance, located on the northwest side of the estate, leads from a scenic, intimate canyon where the public road concludes. To reach our land, which sits above the canyon, we have crafted a beautifully designed entrance road.
